Exchange and return of goods

If something doesn't fit, we're here for you. How do I return or exchange goods? At ESSIMÉ we understand that sometimes it is not easy to find the right size or that the piece you have chosen may not meet your expectations. That is why we have prepared a simple return or exchange process for you:

Size exchange:

If you would like a different size, please contact us at info@essime.com before sending the returned item. If the size you require is in stock, we will do our best to process the exchange. However, due to our limited production, we cannot guarantee this.

Returning goods: How to do it?

Did you not like your new piece and would you like to return it? For the fastest possible processing, please send us the following information by email at info@essime.com :

  • Name and surname
  • Order number
  • Email and phone
  • In case of payment on delivery, also the account number for refund

Please include this information in the package along with the Withdrawal Form (downloadable below).

Return conditions:

  • The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Send the package to the address specified in the Withdrawal Form or in the Terms and Conditions.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods. If you paid for shipping when ordering, we will refund this amount along with the value of the goods.

Refund:
The money for the returned goods will be sent to your bank account no later than 14 days after the goods are delivered to our address.
